Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Info Sin Ruido website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Workshop Registration and Payment

When you register for a photography workshop, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Workshop fees must be paid in full before the workshop start date unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel registrations at our discretion. In such cases, any fees paid will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their workshop registration with the following refund schedule:

Info Sin Ruido reserves the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or may transfer to another workshop date.

Workshop Participation

Participants are expected to arrive on time and come prepared with appropriate photography equipment as specified in the workshop materials. We are not responsible for equipment failure or loss during workshops.

Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward instructors, models, and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, including handouts, presentations, and instructional content, are the intellectual property of Info Sin Ruido and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Photographs taken by participants during workshops remain the property of the participant. However, by participating, you grant Info Sin Ruido permission to use workshop photographs for promotional purposes, unless you specifically opt out in writing.

Liability and Assumption of Risk

Photography workshops may involve outdoor activities and use of equipment. Participants acknowledge that they participate at their own risk. Info Sin Ruido is not liable for personal injury, equipment damage, or loss occurring during workshops.

Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage and should ensure they have adequate health and equipment insurance.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the site.
